Slane korpice

Potrebno je:
Za korpice: 200 g bra na 100 g margarina 1 ka i ica soli Za nadev: 2 jaja 150 g salame ( unke) 100 g pavlake (jogurt) susam

Priprema:
Od bra na, margarina, soli i 5 ka ike vode, zamesimo glatku masu, kojom punimo samo zidove kalupa korpica, a unutra stavljamo fil od umu enih jaja, pavlake i sitno seckane unke, posipamo susam. Spremne korpice pe emo i dok su vru e vadimo iz kalupa. Ukusne su i dosta ispadnu. Ne sme se korpica puniti do vrha filom, jer se u toku pe enja testo nadigne, pa fil mo e da iscuri. to tanje oblo ite zidove kalupa korpica, to e one biti ukusnije i pune fila.
