Ovo jednostavno jelo najbolje se radi s lako probavljivim gljivama, npr. Mestnim vrganjom,
Ljubičasto-zelenkastom zekicom, Pravim vrganjom ili Blagvom.

Sastojci:

1/2 kg gljiva, 1 velika žlica maslaca, sok od 1/2 limuna, 2 velike žlice kiselog vrhnja,
sol i papar po želji

Priprema:

Zagrijati pećnicu na 150° C. Namazati posudu za pečenje maslacem. Složiti gljive u jednom
sloju, posuti sa solju, paprom i limunovim sokom i preliti gljive kiselim vrhnjem. Peći 30
minuta i poslužiti.
