Zapeceni griz sa tresnjama

Potrebno je: - 1 l mleka, malo soli, 200 g griza - 300 g kompota od tresanja, 75 g secera - 50 g maslaca, 1/2 kasicice cimeta - 1/2 kasicice rendane kore limuna, 4 jajeta, kasika gustina Zagrejati mleko i malo soli. Umesati griz, kuvati 2 minuta i ohladiti. Procediti tresnje, a rernu zarejati na 200 stepeni C. Umutiti penasto secer i maslac, dodati cimet i koru od limuna. Razdvojiti zumanca od belanaca i zumanca dodati u griz zajedno sa tresnjama. Umutiti belanca i umesati u masu. Namazati pleh maslacem i uliti griz i peci 40 minuta. Sok od kompota dopuniti vodom do 250 ml, prokuvati i umesati gustin i servirati uz griz.
