KARADORDEVA SNICLA

MATERIJAL: 750 g teleceg mesa od buta, 250 g kajmaka, 3 jaja, 100 g brasna, 100 g prezli i ulje. PRIPREMANJE: Telece meso iseci na 5 snicli, istucati tuckom na tanko, i na svaku staviti po 50 g kajmaka. Zatim snicle uviti u rolnu, a svaku rolnu uvaljati u brasno, zatim u umucena jaja pa u prezle i prziti na vrelom ulju, sa svih strana da dobije zuckastu boju. Ovako pecene snicle sluziti uz przeni mladi krompir sa odgovarajucom sezonskom salatom.
